I've been with NetCologne for a few years now, and they're consistently good. Just upgraded my Glasfaser Internet speed; the process was smooth, much like my last upgrade. They always deliver what they promise. No complaints here, it's why I stick with them.
Good service, slow setup
I signed up for their VDSL Tarife and got a FritzBox 7530. The internet speed is solid, and the Festnetz Flatrate works well. Customer service was helpful when I called about a billing question. However, the initial setup for the connection took about 10 days, which felt a bit long compared to what I expected. Overall, good value though.
